About the Author

Joan Coy

Joan Coy has taught High School Math and Science in Canada for over 30 years. She is currently Principal of PAVE, a Grade 4 to 12 on-line school using Moodle as the LMS. A Moodle Certified Teacher, she administers on the PAVE site, and has taught online Moodle training courses with Open2Know. Joan chairs an Alberta wide educator group for the purpose of sharing Moodle courses and best practices and, as well, serves on the Program Committee for the Canadian Moodlemoot. This is all part of her passion for this open source Virtual Learning Environment. She has presented provincially, nationally and internationally on topics relating to teaching mathematics, on-line education, Moodle and assessment.

Aside from working, Joan is part of a landscaping tree farm in Northwestern Alberta with her two children. She enjoys painting, making stained glass, travel, skiing, and gardening in her free time.

A quick and excellent read with interesting and deep stories evidencing each of the 8 attributes through the historical figures from the cover who exhibit them:

Life changing book

When I wanted to buy a book I will always read about the author to see how successful he is. When I got this book, I read the success of this author who created a multimillion dollar business in his 20's and I liked it and I bought this book. I can say it happily that my thought process has changed every since I read this book. I finished it in 3 days. I couldn't keep the book down. I am thankful to the author and I now realize that pen is mightier than sword. He is my favorite author next to Napoleon Hill.

Looking forward to read other books of his.

I absolutely love the way Cameron C. Taylor delved into the lives of these wonderful, creative achievers, and then showed US what and why. I could not put this book down. In fact I had to read it again right away. Wow! My heart still races just thinking about these great men and how they came to be so remarkable.

Cameron describes them and their situations superbly so we can see, hear, feel, etc. every nuance of their lives. I was there, and I loved it.

Don't miss this one, whatever you do! I promise you won't regret reading this wonderful salute.

Love the way this book is laid out. Had an older Davis Drug Guide and I like this one so much better. The color added is such a nice touch. Makes things easier on the eyes.

read it, just dont expect anything.

I read the first series of books that his story talks about. I need to stop doing that, its my third time and its always been a let down. shes a great author and the story of them getting together is awesome. but this, his POV was empty. he stopped as soon as she was there. the author could have picked up on the life after they get together - up until the daughters story takes off. sorry, just my honest opinion.

there was less love and ecstasy

Annie does it again! This book was a little different than the writings of the other nine books in this series. It had a more serious vibe to it, there was less love and ecstasy, but I think that it fit the requirement. This was a 'bring it all together' - the trilogy starts at the morning after a one night stand and touch on the events that lead up to Ryan meeting his soul mate, but this book gave us Ryan's aspect of what happened in the pre-Iris days. It annoyed me at Ryan's submission to Alexis' manipulations, but only proves the type of heart he has and how the lifetime of pain has affected him. He is on the top of my book boyfriend list! If you haven't read the 2nd and 3rd trilogies in this series, you are truly missing out! Thank you Annie -- can't wait for the 2nd book in the Exposure series!
